DOES THE PROGRAM WORK WITH PROPERTIES OTHER THAN RESIDENTIAL THAT THE EMPLOYEE BUYS OR SELLS THROUGH COLDWELL BANKER DISTINCTIVE PROPERTIES, COLDWELL BANKER MID-AMERICA, OR COLDWELL BANKER COMMERCIAL PRIME PROPERTIES?
Yes - Employees who buy or sell ANY Real Estate through the program will receive the same rebate on non residential properties, i.e. Land, Commercial, Agricultural, etc.
IS THERE A LIMIT ON THE NUMBER OF TRANSACTIONS THAT WILL RECEIVE THE BENEFITS OF THIS PROGRAM DURING THE TIME THE EMPLOYEE WORKS FOR THE BUSINESS PARTNER?
NO - There are no limits on the number of transactions an employee may have under the program, and the full rebate will be paid on all transactions made through the program representative.
IF THE COMPANY ITSELF WANTS TO BUY OR SELL REAL ESTATE, IS IT ELIGIBLE FOR THE MAJOR ACCOUNTS PROGRAM CREDITS?
Yes - The business may buy or sell ANY Real Estate through the program and receive the credit at closing along with the non-profit match that will be donated.
